After many years with IMSA and SCCA, he finished his racing career as the gearbox specialist on the Della Penna Indy Car team. In 1997, he returned to Southern California to run the service department at the German Car Garage. Evan is also involved in BMW CCA's high-performance driving school as an instructor.
