A family owned and operated facility for over Fifty Years, the 4, 000 square foot shop is currently run by James Calvo Jr., a third generation auto technician who carries on the family tradition of honest and dedicated service. The shop's history dates back to 1957, when James' grandfather, Yohn (John), first opened the facility. John was joined by sons James Sr. in the 1960's and Sam in the 1970's, with grandson James Jr., following suit in 1986 as a 16 year old regular employee. In 1990, John became the first to retire, followed by James Sr. in 1998 and Sam in 2000. For nearly 10 years James has maintained the shop as its' sole proprietor, technician and business manager. James conducts business in his shop with no gimmicks or fanfare, just a firm commitment to doing what's right by his clientele and carrying on a tradition that has endured for decades. As someone who literally grew up in the collision/repair industry, James has seen virtually every trend and change the industry has experienced. Irregardless, James continues to move ahead, recently adding Motorcycle repair and refinishing to his service list.
