Lexington Auto Service Center in Lexington, MA

Lexington Auto Service is located at Mass Avenue and Maple Street. The present owner has been here since 1982 and the station itself has been doing repairs since the 1920s. In addition to selling gas and doing car repairs, it also does state inspections and sells used cars.

The building itself is famous because when it was a Shell station, it was built to conform to local historical standards. It was then featured in a nationwide Shell advertising campaign.
