The 2008 Car Guys schedule includes events at Virginia International Raceway, Watkins Glen, Rockingham Motorspeedway and Summit Point. The Car Guys model is based on the long standing and very successful pattern of Porsche Club of America and BMW Car Club of America schools. Students supply their own cars, in good mechanical condition. Instructors ride with the students, providing direct input about the student's skills. There is also extensive classroom time. Decisive Driving Specifically designed for the teenage driver, Decisive Driving is the perfect addition to traditional drivers' education courses! Car Guys started its Decisive Driving program back in 1992 in order to teach teen drivers skills beyond basic driver's education. The program is designed to combine classroom curriculum with practical application in the student's vehicle, and in Car Guys' skid car.
