Martin's Tire & Auto Service has been a family owned local business in Lindsay since 1990. The business, established by Bill Martin, first opened behind the old Merle Stone Dealership. After several years of business from that location, business increased and triggered the need for expansion of its facility. A new shop was built and opened in 2005 at its current location on Lindmore Street, next to the railroad tracks. Bill and his wife Dorothy has owned and operated the business since it originally opened. They have decided that it is time to retire, travel together, and enjoy some time with their family. Bill's grandson, David Martin and his wife, Naicee, purchased the business in August 2014 to continue the business within the family. Their goal is to retain current customers as well as gain news ones by providing the best service possible to the people of Lindsay and the surrounding areas.
