TLC Auto & Truck has its roots in owner Peter Saitta's desire to combat the lack of confidence people have in the auto repair industry. At the ripe age of 33 and with a young family, Peter Sr. took over a Mobile Gas Station in Farmingdale, New York to provide a repair shop where anyone with little or no knowledge could go to feel assured they were getting the best service. After establishing a solid word-of-mouth following, Peter and his wife Petra got out of the gas business to focus solely on repairs, which ultimately lead to TLC Auto & Truck's foundation in 1991. Since then, TLC Auto & Truck has become a family affair, with Peter's son Joe serving as the Lead Service Advisor, while his other son, Peter Jr., is the General Manager. A family owned and operated business, TLC Auto & Truck is a full-service auto repair shop catering to personal and fleet vehicles. Peter and his highly-trained technicians have fixed everything from golf carts, diesels, hybrids, school buses, and trucks, focusing on excellent customer service and honest repairs. The technicians at TLC Auto & Truck have the knowledge to repair any problems on all Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles and as well as any other vehicle you own using the latest diagnostic tools and equipment. All technicians at TLC are continually trained and taking classes in new advances and techniques in the industry to remain ahead of the rest.
