Luke's Getty Service Center is an institution in the Great Neck community, and Kenny Gray has the signatures to prove it. Over 400 residents of Great Neck signed a petition urging both the property's landlord and Lukoil to allow the station to continue serving the community just as it has since 1948. It worked. Today, Luke's Getty Service Center is a full-service repair shop and gas station and, unlike other stations that charge for use of the air pump, Luke's air is free. "God gave us air" says Gray. "You can't charge for it."
