Certified Power Systems (CPS) was incorporated in 2002, and is a diversified auto parts and performance reprogramming company based in Salem, Oregon. Bill Emig, the president, has experience in the performance parts industry dating back to 1971, and is considered by his peers and customers in the industry as being an expert, especially in the area of reprogramming for better mileage and horsepower. In addition to local auto maintenance and repairs, our specialties include custom reprogramming to improve mileage and/or performance in most vehicles.
